Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Overview

RYT Club ships across India. All orders are dispatched from Hyderabad, Telangana. We partner with leading logistics providers through the Shiprocket platform to ensure reliable, trackable delivery to your doorstep.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Domestic shipping covers most PIN codes across India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and many Tier 3 cities.

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order. Please allow the following processing times before dispatch:

  • Standard orders: 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday: processed on the next business day
  • Peak periods (sale events, festive season): up to 3 business days

You will receive a WhatsApp message and email confirmation with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak seasons, adverse weather, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: ₹99 flat standard shipping fee
  • Express delivery (where available): ₹149 additional charge, selected at checkout

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. We do not charge any hidden fees.

Courier Partners

We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC through the Shiprocket platform. The courier is automatically assigned based on your PIN code and real-time serviceability. You can enter your PIN code on the product page for a delivery estimate before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A WhatsApp message with your courier name and tracking link
  • An email with your AWB (tracking) number and estimated delivery date

You can also track your order anytime from the Orders section in your RYT Club account.

Non-Serviceable Areas

Some remote or restricted PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. You will be notified at checkout if your PIN code is not serviceable. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • After 3 failed attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse
  • We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery (a ₹99 re-delivery charge applies)
  • If we are unable to reach you within 7 days of the return, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued (minus original shipping charges, if any)

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Damaged parcel

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contact us at support@rytclub.in within 24 hours.

Lost in transit

If the tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days or is marked "lost" by the courier, contact us immediately. We will raise a courier investigation and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days - via replacement or full refund.
