Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by the courier. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects (see below).
Return Eligibility
To be accepted for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed - no signs of use
- Original tags attached and intact
- Returned in original packaging (polybag or box, as received)
- Free from odour, perfume, stains, pet hair, or any damage not present at the time of delivery
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or discounted at 40% or more
- Innerwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Share photos of the item (front, back, tags, packaging). This helps us verify eligibility and speeds up the process.
- Await approval - our team reviews return requests within 24 business hours. You will receive a confirmation message once approved.
- Reverse pickup is scheduled after approval. Keep the item ready and packed. Our courier partner will collect it from your address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
Reverse Pickup Charges
- Manufacturing defect or wrong item sent: FREE reverse pickup - fully covered by us
- Size or colour exchange: ₹79 reverse pickup charge, deducted from the refund or billed separately
- Change of mind / no longer needed: ₹79 reverse pickup charge applies
Self-ship returns are not accepted. All returns must go through our scheduled reverse pickup process to be eligible for refund.
Refunds
Processing timeline
Once we receive and approve your returned item, refunds are processed within 2 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Debit / Credit card: 5–10 business days (bank processing time)
- Net banking: 3–7 business days
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to a different bank account or payment method.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges (if any were applied to your order) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to stock availability at the time of exchange processing.
Exchanges are processed as a fresh dispatch once the return is received and inspected. You will receive a new order confirmation and tracking details for the exchange shipment.
If the desired size or colour is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (stitching fault, print issue, fabric damage not caused by use), we take full responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
For verified manufacturing defects, we will offer:
- Full refund to original payment method, or
- Free replacement (if stock is available), or
- Store credit - your choice
Reverse pickup for defective items is fully covered by RYT Club. No charges apply to the customer.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered (wrong product, size, or colour), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost. If the correct item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
