How do I place an order on RYT Club?

Choose your product, select the correct size and colour, add it to bag, enter your delivery PIN code at checkout, and complete payment. For prepaid orders, payment is processed through Razorpay. For Cash on Delivery, checkout will show the exact amount due at delivery when COD is available for your PIN code.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your order is placed, you will see an order confirmation page and receive order communication through the details provided at checkout. If you created or used a RYT Club customer account, your order also appears inside your account order history.

Where can I track my order status?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to your RYT Club account and open Orders. Before dispatch, the order will show as confirmed or preparing. After dispatch, courier tracking, AWB details, and delivery progress appear once Shiprocket syncs tracking back to Shopify.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation before the order is fulfilled or handed to the courier. Open your account order detail and submit a cancellation request. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not available; you can request a return or exchange after delivery if the item is eligible.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible before dispatch and are handled case by case. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel is already shipped, the courier may not allow address changes.

How do I get my invoice or order receipt?

Your order confirmation includes an invoice or receipt download where available. You can also access order details from your account. If you need a copy for records, email support with your order number.

Where does RYT Club ship?

RYT Club ships across India from Hyderabad, Telangana. We currently do not offer international shipping. Most Tier 1, Tier 2, and many Tier 3 PIN codes are covered, subject to courier serviceability.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days before dispatch. After dispatch, Hyderabad deliveries may take 1-2 business days, metro cities 3-5 business days, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities 4-6 business days, and remote areas 7-10 business days. Peak periods, weather, and courier constraints can affect timelines.

What are the shipping charges?

Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 currently carry a ₹99 standard shipping fee. Any available express or special shipping option will be shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I check if my PIN code is serviceable?

Accepted Answer

You can enter your PIN code on the product page for a delivery estimate and again at checkout before payment. Checkout blocks payment if the PIN code is not serviceable by the courier network at that time.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Courier tracking can take time to update after dispatch. If tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact support with your order number. We will raise a courier investigation and resolve it through a replacement or refund where applicable.

What happens if delivery fails?

The courier usually makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery still fails, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. We may contact you to arrange re-delivery; a re-delivery charge can apply. Please keep your phone reachable and address accurate.

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, based on courier delivery date. Requests after 7 days are not accepted except for verified manufacturing defects.

Which items are eligible for return or exchange?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from stains or odour, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Final Sale items, items discounted at 40% or more, innerwear, socks, accessories, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Sign in, open your order detail, and submit a return or exchange request for eligible delivered items. Add the reason and upload photos when requested. Our team reviews requests within 24 business hours and schedules reverse pickup after approval.

Is reverse pickup free?

Reverse pickup is free for verified manufacturing defects or wrong items sent by us. For size or colour exchanges and change-of-mind returns, a ₹79 reverse pickup charge applies and may be deducted from the refund or billed separately.

When will I receive my refund?

After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, RYT Club processes the refund within 2 business days. Bank settlement can take 3-5 business days for UPI or wallets, 5-10 business days for cards, and 3-7 business days for net banking.

What if my exchange size is out of stock?

Exchanges depend on stock availability when the return is processed. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Prepaid payments are secured by Razorpay and may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and other supported Razorpay methods. Cash on Delivery is available only when your PIN code and order value are eligible at checkout.

Yes, COD is available as a secondary payment option when Shiprocket confirms COD serviceability for your PIN code and your cart is within the active COD limits. Checkout will show the COD fee and the total amount to pay to the courier before you place the order.

Yes. Product prices shown on RYT Club are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping or COD charges, if any, are shown separately before checkout is completed.

Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. RYT Club does not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or sensitive payment credentials.

Payment reversals are usually handled automatically by your bank or payment provider. If the order was not created and your amount remains debited, email support with the payment screenshot, date, amount, and phone or email used at checkout.

Open the product page and use the size selector plus the Size and Fit guide. For T-shirts, compare the garment measurements with a T-shirt you already own and like. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.

Open the Account page and sign in through RYT Club customer accounts. If you are new, follow the customer account flow using your email. Your account is used for orders, addresses, wishlist, and support actions.
