1. The Business

RYT Club ("we", "us", "our") is an Indian athleisure brand operating at rytclub.in, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All transactions made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable Indian law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rytclub.in, or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this website.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of last update is always displayed at the top of this page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or above and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Products and Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications on this website are provided in good faith. Product images are for representational purposes - slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration differences.
• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We reserve the right to modify product pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on rytclub.in, you enter into a binding purchase agreement with RYT Club, subject to these Terms.

• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or any sensitive payment credentials.
• Order confirmation is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected payment fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancy. A full refund will be issued in all such cases within 5–7 business days.
• Cancellation of a confirmed order by the customer is not permitted once the order has been dispatched. Prior to dispatch, cancellation requests may be submitted at support@rytclub.in.

6. GST and Invoicing

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order placed on rytclub.in. Our GSTIN is printed on every invoice. Invoice copies are available for download from your account dashboard.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to courier partner operations. RYT Club is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances outside our direct control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our returns and refund terms are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy.

9. User Account

You may create an account on rytclub.in to manage orders, saved addresses, and preferences. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@rytclub.in of any unauthorised use of your account

RYT Club is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use this website to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit any unsolicited promotional material or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database
• Introduce any virus, trojan, or other harmful material to the website
• Resell or commercially distribute products purchased from RYT Club without our written consent
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any person's use or enjoyment of the website

11. Intellectual Property

All content on rytclub.in - including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product images, photography, copy, design, and user interface - is the intellectual property of RYT Club and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram, Razorpay, or courier tracking portals). These links are provided for convenience only.
